Synopsis

Gotham City, after the explosion of Gotham bridges to the rest of the continent, the new island becomes a "no man's land" controlled by the Scarecrow, Two Faces , Penguin and the "dark zone" that no one controls. Even with Jim asking for supplies to the rest of the continent, he is always ignored by his superiors. Barbara Gordon, after getting shot from the Joker, goes into a coma and, with worried Bruce, decides to look for the "Witch" who decides to help with her friendship with Barbara. After Jim Gordon makes the attack on the group that planned to reach the continent, he creates "Paradise", a safe haven with needy residents and others who have been persecuted.
