Description of Black Mask II (Millena Vasylivna “Milla” Sionis ):

The daughter of Mob boss, Roman Sionis. With her father's retirement and her disfigurement, she becomes the boss of the Gotham Mob, rivaling with Penguin and other crews. While her character is based on several DC Comics such as Fish Mooney and her interpretation from the cancelled Batman: Sabbath project, she is also based on several real-life gangsters such as Stephanie St. Clair and Ignazio Lupo.
