Description of Alfred Pennyworth:

Often mistaken to just be Bruce Wayne's doorman or chauffeur, former MI5 and SAS, Alfred Pennyworth is the primary estate manager and head of security of the Wayne Family. He is, for all intents and purposes, Bruce Wayne's father. After the Waynes' death, he took full control of the Wayne Estate until Bruce came of age. He trained Bruce in everything he knew of martial arts, espionage, acting and more.
