Synopsis

Deep inside the sewers of Gotham City, four men sit in makeshift cells, prisoners of a deranged man who calls himself The Ratcatcher. When one of these prisoners escapes, but is mauled Batman sets out to find this new opponent, but then fights a murderous brain teaser obsessed man. Later seeing the two team up, Batman has to combine brains and brawn more than ever to defeat the duo.

Description of “The Draftboard”:

Bruce Wayne is invited to a private meeting with Amanda Waller. Waiting for them is Waller's associates, Maxwell Lord, and Wade Eiling. All three of them reveal that they feel like they could count on his help in the event that his colleagues in the Justice League ever turn on them. Bruce says that he isn't interested, but they state that they weren't asking, and if he wants his dual identity to remain a secret, he will cooperate. Lord hands him a flash drive. Bruce then goes over to his office computer and plugs it in. A file comes up on the screen showing details on all his teammates, under the name "Brother Eye".
