Synopsis

The masked vigilante Batman has been active for two years while his alter ego, Bruce Wayne, remains a recluse in Wayne Manor. Now, with Halloween approaching, the fight against crime continues as Carmine Falcone and his family continue their business in a constant war against the Penguin. Drug trafficking runs rampant in Gotham City, but a new drug appears on the city's streets, a powerful hallucinogen, along with the mysterious killer and terrorist Scarecrow.

A chemist who researched fear throughout his life and performed experiments on his son Jonathan. He was committed to Arkham. When Jonathan graduated and became an Arkham psychiatrist, he served as Jonathan's subject and is now in a catatonic state in the Asylum. His biggest fear is scarecrows.
