Synopsis

As life in Gotham comes with ease from Batman’s protection, a new threat emerges in the form of developing sciences. With strange mutations and advanced technology coming into bloom, Batman must come face to face with two twisted victims who have become monsters of their own doings. But can he really face this challenge alone? Or is there an ally in the midst of all this chaos?

Description of Nora Schivel:

The wife of Victor Schivel, Nora contracts a terminal illness and doesn’t have much time left to live. Schivel cryogenically freezes her, but Ferris Boyle and his attraction to her, leads him to kidnapping her frozen body and accidentally turning Victor into Gotham’s new criminal.
