Synopsis

As life in Gotham comes with ease from Batman’s protection, a new threat emerges in the form of developing sciences. With strange mutations and advanced technology coming into bloom, Batman must come face to face with two twisted victims who have become monsters of their own doings. But can he really face this challenge alone? Or is there an ally in the midst of all this chaos?

Description of Mr. Freeze (Dr. Victor Schivel):

As the main antagonist, Dr. Victor Schivel uses his expertise in cryogenics to save his terminally ill wife until a cure can be found. But when he is betrayed by his boss and his beloved Nora is taken from him, Freeze manages to survive a horrible accident that results in his body needing to be conditioned to negative degree temperature and he plans on taking his ice cold revenge.
