Synopsis

Batman: Arkham Asylum is set wholly on the grounds of the Elizabeth Arkham Asylum for the Criminally Insane, better known as Arkham Asylum. The asylum is located on a remote island in the Gotham Bay, a strategic necessity given its reputation for housing violent, incurable psychotics.

Description of Luke Curtis (Janitor):

Luke Curtis was one of the three janitorial staff members present during the Joker's takeover of Arkham Asylum. He was generally assigned to usual custodian work in order to help maintain the Botanical Gardens. During the Joker's takeover of Arkham Asylum, Luke Curtis originally believed himself safe and continued carrying out his normal duties, since the gardens were secure in the heavily-guarded Arkham East. He was later taken hostage along with Robert but were rescued by Batman. After Batman left the Joker came and killed him along with Robert. his body along with Robert were later discovered by Batman.
