Synopsis

After the defeat of The Riddler and Bane, Christmas time has come. However, with the day of Christmas Eve comes a present Gotham City does not expect: the threat of Mr. Freeze, a man once known as Doctor Victor Fries. Now, Batman and Robin must confront Fries, along with the former District Attorney, Harvey Dent, now known only as Two-Face. Along the way, however, Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson will find a new ally, one that Bruce will feel a special connection towards in the long run...

Description of "The hidden brother" (Post-Credits Scene):

At the end of the movie after the credits, we cut to Carmine Falcone's Office. A middle-aged man with graying hair walks up to a younger man, with medium brown hair, looking out the window whilst Gotham City is recovering from Mr. Freeze nearly turning it into his own kingdom of snow. The middle-aged man says: "Master Thomas... Is the Court ready?" The young man turns his head to the middle-aged man, briefly glancing at the bruised and bloodied corpse of Carmine Falcone on the ground at his feet. "Yes.. Perhaps it is time for my owls to rise against the Batman." Says the younger man, smiling as if he were having the happiest moment of his life.
