Synopsis

Following Batman's defeat by Caldwell, Dick Grayson and the Batfamily try and locate Bruce. With Gotham rogues causing chaos on the streets, they will need as many allies as are willing, however one particular Gotham rogue has resurfaced with a chance for an unexpected alliance.

Description of The Riddler/Edward Nygma:

Would don his Riddler attire, and I would make it slightly armoured, especially his hat, is kind of pretending to be a hero but not? His tech and equipment would be supplied by Elliot. Would still have Caldwell security guards as well as his private vigilante taskforce. Would capture various officials who disagreed with him and place them in Riddler traps? Saw style?
