Synopsis

Following Batman's defeat by Caldwell, Dick Grayson and the Batfamily try and locate Bruce. With Gotham rogues causing chaos on the streets, they will need as many allies as are willing, however one particular Gotham rogue has resurfaced with a chance for an unexpected alliance.

Description of Mad Hatter/Jervis Tetch:

Takes residence at Arkham and attempts to mind control Bruce? On the orders of Elliot? Seen doing it unsuccessfully however we could see glimpses if the night if Bruce's murder and occasional scenes such as when he discovered the cave. Also monstrous talons or Owls?
