After Batman has hung up his cowl, the Bat Family (Nightwing, Red Hood, Damian Wayne, Oracle, Batwoman & Batwing) work together to take down crime bosses Two-Face & Penguin. (A start of casting my custom DC Cinematic Universe, not the start most likely a "phase 4" TV Show)

Nightwing takes leadership over the Bat Family right when it seems they are all going their separate ways. He finds a way to bring them all back together and work as a team. Leadership and taking over the mantel of "Batman" weighs on his shoulders.
