Synopsis

After successfully stopping the Raven, Babylon must flee the United States to avoid being arrested by the CIA and it’s new Director, Katherine Roswell. Heading to Europe to face the Friar, Babylon realizes that the Order of the Lifedrainers has sent the most sadistic serial killer on Earth after him, Nullus, in order to kill him before he reaches France. As Babylon lives life on the lam, he encounters several challenges on his way to stop the Friar from descending the world into an anarchy and to redeem himself to the US. The third movie in the Babylon trilogy, it is the end of the movies (the epilogue movie is separate from the trilogy, but still part of the same story and franchise)

Description of CIA Director Katherine Roswell:

Following the murder of Director Johnston, Katherine Roswell is promoted to the position after her success in stopping the Raven cult. Her first order of business is to arrest any member of the cult or the Order of the Lifedrainers, and she sends operatives to track down Babylon once he flees the country. She is still conflicted with her feelings towards Babylon, but demands that he be placed under arrest and returned to the US.
