Synopsis

Ever since Dinah left Star City, Oliver has spent restless nights investigating the criminal organizations the Ninth Circle. After years of little progress, Oliver meets a client who may be able to help him: Princess Perdita, the heir to the throne of Vlatava. Oliver’s relationships with his adopted brother Roy and his father will be put to the test as he discovers how far the corruption really goes.
