Synopsis

Humiliated by his failure to kill Batman once again, plus losing all of his remaining Talons in The Court of Owls, Thomas Wayne, Jr., better known as Owlman, now finds himself trying to find allies to help him try and kill his brother once more in Arkham Asylum, while also growing accustomed to the constant pain he undergoes from the experiments conducted onto the inmates of Arkham by doctors like Hugo Strange. However, little does Thomas know that Bruce Wayne is no longer available to be killed, let alone, defeated in combat...

Description of "The New Team" (Post-Credits Scene):

One day, Thomas is sitting alone in his cell, twidling his thumbs between his fingers, when he suddenly sees several inmates outside his door, and even many guards and doctors, running for their lives, before a group of people dressed like the Justice League break open his cell door. Thomas asks who they are, and the leader, a Superman look-a-like, responds with: "The name's Luthor. Clark Luthor. But you can call me Ultraman, leader of the Crime Syndicate. In our universe, we lost our Owl and ended up here. Would you like to join us in our mission, Thomas?" Thomas then realizes what is being proposed to him and nods his head as a way to answer yes to Ultraman's question.
