Synopsis

Even without much financial support, inventor and scientist Hank Pym finally managed to put his new shrinking formula into practice, together with a suit designed by him and his wife Janet. But what should be a cause for celebration soon changes when one of his supporters decides he can use his discoveries for his own goals. With Janet's help, Hank will have to stop years of his work from being turned into a weapon - even if it means confronting a familiar face.

Description of Eric O'Grady (Black Ant):

[Hank] - Eric, you don't have to do this. - Don't get me wrong Hank, but unlike you, for the first time, I won't be playing a supporting role. No more!; Eric was a friend of Hank's, acting as a helper on his projects, even if he wasn't that good at it. This gradually made him feel resentful of his talent, of seeing his project going forward, and even of his personal life, as he harbored a secret feeling for Janet. With the help of Elihas, taking advantage of these feelings, he uses a hastily constructed prototype suit to fight Ant-Man.
