Description of Bubbles (Voice):
Bubbles is the most hyperactive of the flock, he is the second youngest (being older than the Blues), he is a preteen addicted to sweets and very energetic, he is secretly in love with Stella and is best friends with Hal, so much so that he calls him his " big brother", he is the smallest but that changes when he activates his great ability, inflating himself like a balloon to enormous sizes
