Description of 66th Hunger Games [Jasper Frazer, District 10]:

The infamous boy who scored a 3. Jasper Frazer was reaped age 16 for the 66th Hunger Games; despite his powerful build, due to severe nerves he did not participate past the required minimum for training or the private training session. The arena worked to his favour; a series of interconnected valleys with shifting connected routes; this allowed Jasper to hide for chunks of the Games; but eventually his instincts were re activated and he re joined the fighting, over powering the boy from 2 and girl from 1 on the last day. As of 75 AR he is still alive age 24; he died on the 3rd day of the 3rd Quarter Quell after being ripped apart by a large mutt modelled after the Greek hydra.
