Description of 4th Hunger Games [Patrick Lockman, District 4]:

Patrick Lockman was a ferocious competitor in the Capitol arena of the early Hunger Games. During his final battle against the boy from District 2 [after he overpowered the girl from 2 and boys from 1, 8 and 10] he fractured the other boy's skull with a mace. Following his Games and later moving into the Victor's Village he would go on to mentor Mags Flanagan and later his son, Perseus Lockman, to victory. He joined Mags in founding the Career Academy of 4 and never joined the rebellion. He died shortly after Johanna Mason's Hunger Games age 85.
