Description of 42nd Hunger Games [Isaac Reynolds, District 5]:

These Games were unpopular and even saw a rare pang of sympathy from the Capitol to the victor. Isaac Reynolds witnessed the death of his District partner, tortured to death from the Careers, from hiding afar, unable to help her. Isaac was left in a state of shock after this and did not eat for the next 2 days until he pushed himself to out of self preservation. He then set a fire around the Career base drawing the girl from 4 and the boy from 2 to their deaths. As of 75 AR he is still alive age 50 and the only male victor from District 5 over 75 years. In the 3rd Quarter Quell he was killed by Finnick Odair on the first day.
