Description of 24th Hunger Games [Sylva Vellanty, District 9]:

In these Games, modelled after an old Wonderland, the Careers eliminated 13 tributes in the bloodbath. They began to fall to confidence starting with the boy from District 1 falling into a ravine. The petite 15 female tribute from District 9, Sylva, used agility and stealth to sneak up on opponents and use archery on them to her gain. Following her Games she was popular with the Capitol for a time and had romantic relationships with both men and women in District 9 but no children. As of 75 AR she is still alive age 66 but in mediocre physical health. In the 3rd Quarter Quell she was killed by Brutus on the first day.
