Description of 15th Hunger Games [Woof Sabbard, District 8]:

Woof was born with a mild level of autism, something that the Capitol did not grant many resources to District citizens to allocate them with. During his time in the 15th Hunger Games in a plain forest arena, he was reaped with his girlfriend, Alicia, who died in his arms after being killed by a bear mutt. Woof spent the next 3 days without contact with any tribute until he went on a killing spree, eliminating 7 of the last 10 tributes; he strangled the boy from 6 with a noose in the finale. As of 75 AR he is still alive age 77; he eventually joined the rebellion and was killed on the first day of the 3rd Quarter Quell by Cashmere Sol.
