Description of Mr. Negative (Martin Li):

Martin Li is the head of the F.E.A.S.T. program (the Food Emergency Aid Shelter and Training program), an institution dedicated to second chances. Not one to judge, Li has allowed many people, including the chronically tardy Miles Morales, to find employment helping the less fortunate there. But Li has a secret; past trauma and anger has led to the creation of a darker side of him, a being composed of dark matter and all the negative emotions a human being can feel. After all, even the most normal person in the world can be Mr. Positive one second, and Mr. Negative the next.
