Description of Edgar Ektor:
An evil industrialist and the main antagonist of the series. Edgar is a dude in a skull clown mask who leads an army of evil clowns and other freaks to try and take over all the circuses in the world. He's shown to have a very deep voice in Aero the Acro-Bat 2.
