Synopsis

Springwood, Ohio. Like other residents, a girl has become accustomed to seeing her home as a peaceful place, something with a certain truth. But when a brutal murder with no apparent explanation occurs, and the same nighttime dream is shared by her and other young people, they soon realize that what happens in their distorted dreams comes true in reality in the form of a sadistic disfigured serial killer, part of a macabre history that the city still tries to forget. Now, one thing is certain: if they want to stay alive, sleeping will not be an option.

Description of The Moral of the History:

- Think with me, Louise. What does a nightmare live on? - ....Of fear? - Exactly. As much of a story as it is, Nancy defeated Freddy based on something, along with her cunning. It is still truly a nightmare, which is strengthened by fear. As difficult as it may be, without fear... the nightmare will have no space, and can be confronted. You guys must try this. - ...Ok. Before Louise leaves based on this, Jeffrey tells her one more thing: - Louise - Yes? - Never forget to remind yourself and your friends of one thing. Fear is not a weakness. It is a weapon to strengthen yourself. Use that against this bastard. - You can be sure of that.
