A 1970s Cop Chase Film
Max Winston (Al Pacino) and His partner Joe Winslow (Robert De Niro) are sent undercover by the FBI to infiltrate An Arms Dealer's Empire. But once, they both find out his plans with buying a weapon from one of they're colleagues in the FBI, they are in deep trouble.
