This is a fan-made film where George Lazenby did another Bond picture after Diamonds Are Forever, but instead of going with the blaxploitation film Live And Let Die to follow DAF, Saltzman and Broccoli chose to do a disaster exploitation film in the vain of The Towering Inferno (1974) and Die Hard (1988).
