Well some did back then. I remember 4 years ago or so, there's this one guy who always votes "NO" whenever Victoria Justice gets casted in a role, there's probably no reason behind why he did it, probably because he hates her lol. And then one of the most famous example is Briana Salentine/Jaxbriggs1290, who always mass downvote whenever a Japanese actor/actress gets casted on a role.
