Add permanently delete roles & stories option

I'm tired of making mistakes! I wish this site added a permanently delete option for stories & roles.

I like this option a lot and is something I think most have been wanting for years. It will be helpful for deleting roles that may have gotten out of hand from other users (I think we know the ones) abusing the voting system or stories that may have not aged well overtime.

If only they made that option already we wouldn't have to suffer from our mistakes many times due to misspelling of roles or faulty errors of castings!
