Synopsis

Set in the adjacent timeline of my own DCU. In the fallout of James Gordon Jr's massacre of the Rouges, the Streak hasn't been the same, he's been harsher, grumpier, faster. When a disruption in the Speed Force prevents Streak from using his speed properly, he goes into it to find out what is causing the disruption. However, he comes across unexpected horrors within the Speed Force that were once unknown...

Description of The Black Racer:

An unknown manifestation of "death" within the Speed Force. Nicknamed the Black Racer, it seemingly has no real identity or consciousness. However, Barry had found that the being only seemed to come into existence in the Speed Force in 2014, after the Rogues Campaign, but before the current disruption. Roughly around the same time as the Apokolips Multi-Sector accident occured. (Willie Walker was stretched across time, and only survived by becoming infused with a splinter timeline version of Hunter Zolomon in 2019.)
