Synopsis

2002. In the aftermath of 911, superheroes have vanished from the earth after facing a powerful enemy, and the world, despite a few hardships, has been safe for a year. Jacob Howard, a 14 y/o asian teenager gains an extra terrestrial orb that was stolen from a lab which grants him powers. While using it for personal needs at first, he later becomes a superhero after hearing news of a mysterious serial killer.

Description of "New Student":

As the teacher settles his class down, he tells them that they have a new student in school. He introduced her as Erin Lillian Walters, who is actually Jacob's childhood best friend who moved away a few years ago, and moved back. Jacob smiles as he's happy to see his old friend again.
