A new live action re-imagining of the iconic franchise. Shaggy is a very mean prankster, sometimes bullying students at school, including the new kid Robert Moondoon. Then at night, he befriends a mysterious abandoned Great Dane he calls Scooby. The next morning, a mysterious string of horrific deaths comes to light. Soon, Shaggy does all he can to protect and make it up to those he pranked before, including befriending Daphne Blake, Velma Dinkley, and Moondoon himself, all while joining up to investigate the murders. But Moondoon has more to him than it appears. Is there a possible connection between Robert and the supposed werewolf attacks? And what does any of this have to do with Scooby who only appears at night?
