What if Jason Todd wasn't the only Robin to have died and been resurrected by the Lazarus Pit? What if he wasn't alone when Red Hood was born and took over Gotham? In this alternate universe, the other Robins -Stephanie, Tim, Carrie, and Dick- are also killed by their own respective archenemy, or even dead by their own hand. Description of Tim Drake (Red Shadow):

The former third Robin, and the third one to die & become another undead vigilante. He ends his tenure as Robin due to anger towards Bruce over misinformation about Jason's death and while trying to save her post retirement dies alongside Steph as they're both tortured by Black Mask and Victor Zsasz. Though reluctant at first post resurrection, he does end up joining once he learns of Batman beating up his adoptive father Kite-Man to near death; he now seeks revenge on Batman for going too far. He also reunites with his surrogate parents, even building a relationship with both Steph and Kon.
